Generic name: Salicylic Acid / Coal Tar
X-Seb is a medicine to relieve scalp irritation, scaling, itching, redness, and flaking caused by seborrhoea, psoriasis and dandruff. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to the combination of salicylate and a topical coal tar. It promotes skin swelling and softening, so that it sloughs or peels in the applied areas.
