Vasotec is a medicine to treat heart disorders, heart failure, or increased blood pressure. It may be used alone or combined with certain other medicines. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
The medicine refers to angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE inhibitors). It helps blood vessels relax. This decreases high blood pressure.
