It refers to the antihistamine, expectorant, cough suppressant and decongestant combination. The decongestant constricts blood vessels and reduces the nasal passages swelling. The antihistamine blocks histamine effects, which cause allergy symptoms like sneezing, and watery eyes. The cough suppressant and analgesic make the brain to reduce dry or unproductive cough and releave pain.
