Generic name: Testolactone
Teslac is a medicine to treat of breast cancer in postmenopausal women, or when ovaries do not function. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to antineoplastics (related to male sex hormone testosterone) but having no masculine effect of testosterone. It blocks the estrogen production, necessary for tumor cells of breast cancer to survive and develop. It also prevents tumor cells from activation by some other hormones.
