Generic name: fluocinolone / hydroquinone / tretinoin
Tri-Luma is a medicine to treat (short-term) moderate to severe face melasma (darkening). It is combined with sunscreen use and other sun avoidance measures. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to keratolytic, topical corticosteroid, and depigmentation agent combination. The exact mechanism of how it treats melasma is not known.
