Naprelan is a medicine to treat ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. It is used to treat pain (mild to moderate), tendonitis, menstrual cramps, uratic arthritis, bursitis. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to NSAID. The exact mechanism of its work is unknown. The medicine blocks certain body substances connected with inflammation. NSAIDs treat pain and inflammation symptoms only. They do not treat the disease causing them.
