Lanoxin is a medicine to treat heart failure and decrease the heart rate in abnormal heart rhythm patients having chronic atrial fibrillation. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to digitalis glycosides. It slows the heart rate and increases the heart contraction force.
