Kenalog is a medicine to treat redness, itching, and/or swelling due to certain skin conditions.
It refers to corticosteroids. Exactly how this medicine treats inflammation is not known. But it is thought to prevent or decrease the formation of body chemicals causing inflammation, including irritation, swelling, and redness.
