K-Dur is used for the treatment and prevention of low potassium levels in blood. Low levels of potassium are associated with certain diseases, severe or prolonged diarrhea or vomiting, certain medicines, including corticosteroids, digitalis, diuretics), surgery, or some other conditions. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to electrolytes. It provides potassium when you have low potassium levels in the blood.
