Hydralazine is a medicine to treat high blood pressure (severe forms) when it is urgent to decrease blood pressure or when the medicine cannot be taken orally (tablets). It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to vasodilators. It opens and relaxes the body blood vessels, promoting easier blood flow through vessels and lowering pressure.
