Dermarest is a medicine for relief of itching and pain (short-term) caused by insect bites, sunburn, small burns, small cuts, rashes, and scrapes, small irritations of skin associated with poison sumac, poison oak, and poison ivy.
It refers to antihistamines. The medicine blocks the histamine action, thus, reducing allergy symptoms.
