Budesonide Powder is a medicine for asthma prevention, used in adults and also children above 6 years of age. It is also used when oral corticosteroid medicine is required. It does not relieve an asthma attack. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to inhaled corticosteroids. It reduces the swelling and irritation of the bronchioles (breathing tubes), thus, controlling or preventing the symptoms of asthma.
