Bromfenac is a medicine for eye pain and swelling used in patients having had a recent surgery for cataracts removal. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) eye drops. It stops the prostaglandin production, causing inflammation like redness, irritation and/or swelling.
