Bidex is a medicine for relief of cough (short-term) associated with cold, sore throat, sinus inflammation, bronchitis, or infections of the upper respiratory tract.
It refers to the dextromethorphan (cough suppressant) and guaifenesin (expectorant) combination. It looses lung secretions and mucus and thus making cough more productive.
