Bellaspas is used to treat the symptoms due to menopause, including sweating, hot flashes, trouble sleeping, restlessness; stomach problems, including nervous stomach); heart problems, including fast and irregular heartbeat; and also recurring and throbbing headaches. It may also be used by your physician to treat certain other conditions.
It refers to the combination of barbiturate, ergot and anticholinergic. It may work by affecting the activity of some nerve chemicals.
