Analpram is used to treat anal itching and inflammation caused by certain conditions of skin.
It refers to local anesthetic and topical corticosteroid combination. The exact mechanism of its work is unknown. It may reduce inflammation (itching, swelling, redness, irritation). It also reduces pain of the area affected.
