Strattera affects brain chemicals and nerves contributing to impulse control and hyperactivity.

Strattera is a medicine to treat ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder).

Your physician may use the medicine to treat certain other conditions not listed here.

Do not combine the medicine with MAO inhibitors like isocarboxazid, phenelzine, rasagiline, selegiline, or tranylcypromine within 14 days. MAO inhibitor taken with Strattera may cause life-threatening side effects. Avoid the medicine in case of allergy to atomoxetine (strattera), or if you have glaucoma. ADHD medicines may cause death in adolescents and children having heart problems (serious). Notify the physician in case of having heart problems.

It ay cause suicidal thoughts while using it. Be careful in case of having depression, thoughts or unusual behaviour. You will need regular visits to the physician while using the medicine.

Use only the whole capsule. If the content gets to your eyes rinse with water and contact the physician. The medicine may impair reactions or thinking. Be careful while driving.
