Pletal

Pletal is a medicine to widen arteries supplying blood to legs. It prevents blood clot formation, thus improving circulation.

The medicine treats intermittent claudication symptoms. This disease decreases the flow of blood to the legs, causing pain during a walk. The medicine improves the ability to walk without pain.

Your physician may use the medicine to treat certain other conditions not listed here.

Avoid taking the medicine in case of congestive heart failure. Your condition may be worsened.

The symptoms will improve within 12 weeks. Use it as prescribed. Consult the physician if you get no improvement after a month of treatment.

Grapefruit interacts with the medicine. It may cause dangerous side-effects. It should be taken on empty stomach, 30 minutes prior to eating or 2 hours after.
