Diflucan

Diflucan refers to antifungal antibiotics. This is a medicine to treat various fungal infections.

It also prevents fungal infection in patients having weak immune system associated with , bone marrow transplant, AIDS, or cancer treatment.

Your physician may use the medicine to treat certain other conditions not listed here.

It shouldn’t be used if you have allergy to the medicine or the like drugs, including miconazole, tioconazole, sertaconazole, ketoconazole, econazole, clotrimazole. It must not be used with terfenadine or cisapride.

Notify the doctor if you have heart/liver/kidney diseases, Long QT syndrome.

The medicine should be taken as prescribed by the physician. The medicine may relieve the symptoms before the complete treatment of infection. It is not effective against flu or cold.
